We have a saying at Silvergate that always rings true, “when you build with Silvergate Homes, you become part of our family.”  We’ve had the opportunity to build and renovate homes in the Niagara Region and Golden Horseshoe area for 40 years. Being a local family business, we take pride in each and every home we build and we want to ensure when we hand you the keys on Closing Day that you’re just as proud to call it home.

Get to know our family starting with Vito and Victoria, founders of Silvergate Homes, and their three wonderful children John, Michael and Susan, who all share the same passion and pride for the family business and its success. They have maintained their parents commitment to quality and building lasting relationships with their home owners.
